IAC Group - Plant HR Role

- This is a full-time on-site Plant HR role located at Chakan MIDC area of Pune.

- The Plant HR will be responsible for managing HR Operations

- Management of Personnel & Contract Labour Management and Administration.

- The Plant HR will oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.

- They will also implement HR policies, manage recruitment, and support employee development initiatives

Qualifications:

- 7-8 yrs of Experience in Plant HR Operations, IR & Admin.

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

- Must have worked in Unionised Work enviornment.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration, or related field.
