Job Title: Kiosk Banking Business Analyst

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: 4-6 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Analysis: Analyze existing kiosk banking processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders (business, IT, and customer service) to understand their needs and requirements related to kiosk banking.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to kiosk usage, customer behavior, and performance metrics.

- Solution Design: Develop and document solutions for kiosk banking processes, including workflows, user interfaces, and system configurations.

- Documentation and Presentation: Prepare clear and concise documentation, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with kiosk banking operations and propose mitigation strategies.

- Project Support: Support the implementation and rollout of kiosk banking solutions, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

- Business Case Development: Develop business cases to justify investments in kiosk banking initiatives, highlighting potential benefits and ROI.

- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate kiosk banking performance, identify areas for ongoing optimization, and implement improvements.
