JOB DESCRIPTION:
CONVERSION RATE OPTIMIZATION (CRO)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute conversion optimization strategy with a goal of creating conversion rate and revenue lift through use of testing tools, understand nuance of a client's business and how it translates to conversion optimization.
- Develop or support the team in developing hypotheses, testing roadmaps and reports for optimization projects (A/B, Multivariate, Targeting, Personalization).
- Evaluate conversion bottle necks against known best practices.
- Understand and implement ways to monitor conversion funnel congestions, design and usability factors of highly converting webpages.
- Coordinate with developers, analysts, and researchers to drive projects forward.
- Oversee the structure, development, and monitoring of tests with a focus on achieving high testing velocity for clients.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Experienced and knowledgeable Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag management solutions, Tag audit solutions.
- Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools.
- Experience with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid search, testing ad text and landing pages, SEO.
- Organized and methodical in setting up processes to streamline testing cadence with a team of diverse skills.
- Understanding of psychology behind UI & UX.
- Understand best practices for UI and UX for landing pages, applications, mobile, and desktop.
- Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypothesis for constant and fast iteration testing.
- A sound understanding of the methodology and mathematics behind effective testing.
- Effective communicator to market test ideas and influence test-related decisions.
- Excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention.

- This individual is fluent in the web analytic required to improve a user experience.
- This individual is curious about the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Has confidence in their convictions, can drive direction out of ambiguity and is excited by the challenge of questioning the status quo to get more out of marketing campaigns.
- Knows how to create urgency for both clients and team members, with enthusiasm and straight talk-whatever the situation dictates.
- Works collaboratively across departments to turn ideas into action.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience of 4 to 5 years of optimizing user experience and marketing campaigns.
- At least 1 years of experience in a supervisory role - not mandatory.
