We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven ability to lead HR functions, drive employee engagement, and support the overall growth and development of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations business
objectives, ensuring the effective use of human capital.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts by managing the full hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to
onboarding new hires. Ensure that the company attracts top talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees and management, addressing and resolving any
employee concerns or conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including setting performance standards,
conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees and managers.
- Learning & Development: Identify skill gaps and design training programs to enhance employee competencies. Promote continuous learning and career development.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update HR policies and procedures
as necessary to remain in line with regulatory requirements.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and aligned
with industry standards. Work to optimize employee satisfaction and retention.
- HR Analytics: Use HR data and metrics to track employee performance, retention, and other key indicators. Provide
recommendations for improving HR processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10-11 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
