Job Description

Senior Manager - Information Security will be responsible for establishing and maintaining Other Role & Responsibilities are:

- Managing the daily operation and implementation of the IT security strategy

- Conducting continuous assessments of IT assets (applications, infrastructure), BDC operational sites and risk management & governance for vendors. and identifying areas for improvement

- Facilitating/coordinating external audits and regulatory inspections

- Ensuring compliance and governance is met

- Driving change projects and building new IT capabilities

- Devising strategies and implementing IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks

- Reviewing, analyzing and delivering security metric, dashboard, and KRIs

- Managing the IT security budget and communicating this with the appropriate parties

- Creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of cyber and information security technologies

- Performing IT security risk assessments and reporting on ways to minimize threats on the company's IT assets (infrastructure, system, application) and 3rd party vendor sites

- Tracking latest IT security innovations and keeping abreast of the latest cyber security technologies

- Ensuring business continuity

- Monitoring security vulnerabilities and hacking threats in networks, host systems and applications

- Communicating with key stakeholders about IT security threats

- Implementing an effective process for the reporting of security incidents

- Overseeing the investigation of reported security breaches

- Complying with the latest regulations and compliance requirements

- Conducting information security training to the employees and appropriate parties.

Skills Required

- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or it is equivalent.

- A Master's degree is highly desirable.

- Overall 10+ years- experience in IT out of which 5+ years of experience of working as Information Security analyst preferably in a SaaS-based product company especially in HR Tech, FinTech, e-commerce business.

- An in-depth understanding of information security, security policies, account security policies and standards for logical and physical security implementations.

- Good knowledge of ISO 27001 & Regulatory Compliances as it affects the relevant industry. Knowledge of GDPR would be big plus.

- A sound understanding of Security Tools, IT Infrastructure and Cloud

- Knowledge of SIEM, WAF, APT, DLP, EPS

- Candidates with CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSLP, SANS, CGEIT certifications will be preferred

- Strong exposure to application security and Secure Development Lifecycles and their application in an agile environment including the use of SAST and DAST assessment methodologies
