Education: MBA-HR/MSW/MA HRM

Total Years of Experience: 5+ years

Roles & Responsibility:

- Implement HR Plans, Polices and Processes with respect to compensation, benefits, payroll, time and attendance and system updates with the objective of ensuring development of human capital to support the organisation in achieving its mission.

- Handling employee queries related to HR services and policies.

- Processing HR transactions, including benefits administration and payroll.

- Collaborating with HR business partners to address complex HR issues.

- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into HR systems.

- Managing the HR information system.

- Reviewing and redesigning transactional HR processes.

- Providing oversight on compensation, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

- Partnering with managers and employees to resolve issues and concerns.

- Managing expat salaries and internship stipends based on the policies and reviewing the policies based on management approval.

- Handling full and final settlements for the employee

- Should have strong SAP knowledge

- Having experience HR digital transformation projects.
