6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.

7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

8. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.

9. Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies.

10. Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effective hiring.

11. Develop and implement employer branding strategies.

12. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

13. Conduct regular training sessions for the recruitment team.

14. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.

15. Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
