Job Title- Hyperion Financial Management

Job Description-

- The incumbent is responsible for delivering support of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) operations support for the client. The incumbent will be working as part of a team of business and technical resources, ensuring the successful delivery of highly complex and critical financial processes. This position requires a deep understanding of corporate accounting concepts including: US GAAP and FASB regulations consolidated financial statements, highly analytical thinking, as well as a robust ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. The incumbent should have exhaustive experience in HFM and Oracle and understand the complex flow of data within the Oracle chart of accounts as it pertains to HFM for the generation of complex global reports.

Required Skills

The HFM Consultant will have a strong background in the following technologies:

- Oracle 11i

- Oracle Financial Management

- Oracle Financial Reporting

- Oracle Essbase

- Excel Power User

- Financial Reporting Studio

- Oracle Hyperion Smart View

Required Experience

The HFM Consultant will have the following skill sets:

- 2+ years experience with the above mentioned Oracle and HFM products

- Top Tier Bachelors degree in accounting, CPA, or MBA preferred

- 1 Year Big Four experience (preferably in assurance or audit)

- Experience creating business rules and new reports in HFM

- Deep understanding of financial close cycle and best practices

- Experience creating consolidated financial statements for public companies

- Deep knowledge of GAAP, FASB accounting standards and SOX Compliance

- Experience with intercompany eliminations and consolidations

- Experience in Structural and Descriptive Metadata

- Familiarity with financial audits, internal controls, US regulatory reporting

- End user support with data reporting tools and processes including reconciliation errors, discrepancies, validations, and corrections

- Expert data reconciliation skills

- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill

- Extremely analytic and detail oriented with strong business sense and problem solving skills

- Ability to rapidly learn and implement new tasks

CTC- 8.65 lacs/annum(Fixed)+27% variables on that
