Job Description

Business Consulting professionals focus on strategy and take responsibility for organizational change and business transformation. Finance & Performance Management professionals support clients in developing finance organization strategy, treasury and risk management strategies, and development of new business insight and performance management capabilities, allowing them to achieve long-term growth.

Skills Required:

- HFM- hands-on design/development

- Hyperion Cost and Profitability Management

- Complete functional understanding of HFM functional areas including Accounting rules and interpretation of the same for iGAAP, IFRS and any other country GAAP

- FDM based data management and rules around trial balance validation

- Statutory reporting packs in standard GAAP

- Any ERP expertise- deep expertise and understanding of the Financial modules of any ERP

- Working knowledge of and/or experience with ETL tools.

- Aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheet, flow charting and database applications.

- Minimum of one Hyperion Financial Management implementation, 2-3 are preferred.

- One to three years of experience in Budgeting/Forecasting and/or Financial Reporting/Analysis processes.

- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA Finance or CA preferred

Knowledge of additional Oracle product suites around cost and profitability management including but not limited to the following modules:

Hyperion / HFM expert

- Knowledge of the wider Hyperion stack - Planning / Essbase / HPCM Desirable

- FDM / FDM EE - Desirable

- Completed several life cycle projects

- Consultancy experience / client facing - Desirable
