The Role:


We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. You will be the primary advocate for our customers, driving their success with HyperStart. Your role will encompass the full customer lifecyclefrom onboarding to driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction.


Outcomes:


Onboarding Success:


- Lead customer onboarding sessions, ensuring smooth adoption and effective use of the platform.


- Deliver tailored training and resources to help customers quickly realize value from

HyperStart.


Nurturing & Customer Health:


- Build and maintain strong relationships, serving as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts.


- Regularly monitor customer health, proactively addressing issues to maintain high satisfaction and retention.


- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers maximize their use of HyperStarts features.


Renewals:


- Drive customer satisfaction to secure renewals, aiming for zero churn across your portfolio.


- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to prevent customer attrition.


- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers achieve their business goals, fostering long-term partnerships.


What Were Looking For:


- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success within a SaaS environment.


- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.


- Strong analytical skills and experience with Customer Success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Salesforce).


- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
