Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the HORECA segment in the assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.
- Execute strategic sales plans that drive the penetration of HyFun's frozen snacks in hotels, restaurants, and cafs.
- Identify new HORECA clients and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote HyFun products to HORECA clients through product demonstrations, samplings, and presentations, highlighting the unique benefits of the product range.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and improve product positioning.
- Provide regular sales reports and territory performance updates to senior management, including sales forecasts and business growth plans.
Skills Required:
- Proven expertise in managing and developing sales territories within the food industry, specifically in the HORECA segment.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals, achieving sales targets consistently.
- Deep understanding of the food and beverage sector, with a focus on frozen snacks and the HORECA division.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competition, and adjust strategies to meet changing market demands.
Qualifications:
Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in the food industry, with a focus on the HORECA division.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Certifications: Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, BRCGS) and Halal certification processes is a plus
