- Looking for qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance.
- This position will report into GM Finance (Business Partner).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that SCM costs (Cold Storage, Logistics Costs) are booked on timely basis with right details so as to ensure proper reporting & analysis.
- Commercial evaluation of SCM cost right from stage of agreements till reporting and justification with change in business pattern/ product mix/ rates.
- Review process of SCM cost booking, so as to ensure accuracy in booking, timely provisioning and closure of books.
- Perform Month-end close process and timely monthly financial statement.
- Vendor and Customer balance confirmation process.
- Ensuring all the compliances w.r.t. TDS, TCS, professional tax, GST, regulatory payments, other contractual payments and agreements.
- Inventory analysis - aged Inventory, near expiry, inventory carrying cost etc.
- Analysis of organizational cost optimization e.g. loading efficiency, cost benefit analysis on holding Vs. discounting etc.
- Submission of monthly stock statements and other financial reporting data.
- As a secondary responsibility person will also be looking process improvements, reporting & analysis of Accounts Receivable.
- Hands on experience on MS office, Power BI etc.
Requisite skillss:
Function:
- Advanced degree in Accounting.
- CA
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedure.
- Experience in Supply Chain Business Finan.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close proce.
- Excellent accounting software user (SAP)
