The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of offering strategic leadership, setting a visionary course, and providing unwavering direction to the bank. The primary objective is to enable the bank to achieve its financial and operational objectives while upholding its cooperative principles and values. This role necessitates close collaboration with the Board of Directors, the senior management team, and all employees to ensure the bank's sustained growth, profitability, and unwavering commitment to its cooperative ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Craft and articulate a compelling strategic vision for the bank, aligning it with the institution's mission and values.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategic plans aimed at achieving the bank's short-term and long-term objectives.
2. Financial Stewardship:
- Oversee the bank's financial performance and ensure it consistently meets or surpasses predefined financial targets and profitability benchmarks.
- Continuously monitor financial markets, economic dynamics, and regulatory changes to adapt the bank's strategies proactively.
- Business development , Product development ,Strategic alliance for development etc.
3. Governance and Board Relations:
- Maintain a close and productive working relationship with the Board of Directors, providing them with regular updates, insightful recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Ensure that the bank operates in strict adherence to all pertinent laws, regulations,RBI & Co Operative regulations and ethical standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster robust relationships with all stakeholders, including customers, shareholders, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to banking services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Operational Excellence:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day bank operations to optimize productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to implement cutting-edge banking solutions.
6. Risk Management:
- Develop and execute robust risk management strategies to safeguard the bank's assets and preserve its reputation.
- Diligently identify, assess, and mitigate credit, operational, and compliance risks.
7. Talent Development:
- Recruit, mentor, and nurture a high-caliber management team and workforce.
- Offer opportunities for professional growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment among employees.
8. Community and Social Responsibility:
- Uphold the bank's unwavering commitment to social responsibility and the cooperative principles that define its identity.
- Actively engage in community outreach and philanthropic endeavors to reinforce the bank's connections with local and global communities.

- Make key decisions that will affect the company's direction

Qualifications:
- Any graduate/MBA & JAIIB+CAIIB/Diploma in Banking and Finance/ Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification/Chartered Accountant
