- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the cloud solutions domain.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs to effectively position our cloud solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, setting objectives, reviewing performance, and driving professional development.
- Identify emerging market trends and shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customers' satisfaction.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting compiled from all team members to executive management.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure the sales team is on board to promote these products.
- Engage with key clients to understand their requirements and challenges, promoting our cloud solutions as a key differentiator.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in cloud sales, with a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close with a strategic and analytical approach.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in cloud solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and sales planning skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales performance tools.
Domain: Should have extensive experience on Cloud Services domain focus primarily on Cloud computing Sales, SaaS, IaaS & PaaS.
