JOB PROFILE: - Anchor the Strong Productivity agenda of Site, support Leadership Team for various Projects to ensure delivery of P3 projects - Support R&amp;T and related functions to ensure delivery and timely reporting of P4 projects. - Consistent review of P&amp;L to explore risks and opportunities. Converting R&amp;O factors to projects for delivering growth - Drive Plant efficiency in optimizing cost of products including material cost and manufacturing cost - To work closely with PD Lab and Operations to run yield improvement projects to support Site P3 Agenda - Provide the business with timely, meaningful, and accurate Performance information and results analysis that facilitates effective decision making and value generation - Work closely, support and influence GPLM and business to optimize inventories and accelerate reduction of Slow Movers at site while minimizing impact on bottom-line. - To work closely with Shared Services Organization to ensure accurate costing at the sites. This entails regular reviews and challenges of fixed costs spend, review of accuracy of Bill of Materials and costing cycles including optimization of total production cost - Responsible for financial evaluation and justification for Capital Expenditure projects that deliver target returns. Timely review and strong controls to make sure that benefits are flowing through to P&amp;L KEY REQUIREMENTS: Education/ Experiences: Qualified CA/ MBA Finance with 4 to 6 years of Site Controlling and Reporting experience. Know-how/skills: - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Operations - Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions, execute with a high sense of urgency, and ability to constructively challenge the status quo - High level of personal commitment to each task, a can-do attitude, and a drive to deliver. - Conduct Joint working sessions and review meetings with Senior Team Members to ensure prompt and accurate resolution to challenges in Productivity delivery - Hand on experience in Power Point and Advanced Excel. KEY COMPETENCIES: - Strong communication skills to be able to communicate at all seniority levels and cross Regional - Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can become trusted partner - Able to contribute as a team and deliver individually as and when needed. - Prior experience of using Business Information Tools like HSIMS will be an added advantage.
