Management Reporting (MIS) :

- Preparation of monthly MIS Reports & assisting in preparation of Budgets (Quarterly, Half yearly & Yearly)

- Finalization of Accounts monthly as required for reporting

- Submission of the finalized MIS Reports in SAP BFC Finance

- Resolving queries of Headquarters related to the submissions made

Audits & Finalization :

- Liaisoning with Internal, Statutory, Tax & SOX Auditors

- Finalization of Accounts as per calendar year & financial year

Service Tax Management :

- Sole responsibility of monthly service tax calculations

- Filing the returns as per the statutory requirements

- Maintaining books of accounts related to service tax as per requirement

Accounts Receivable Management :

- Updating the collections received & follow-up in case of long overdue

- Managing and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of weekly AR aging and collection status reports

TDS Management :

- Updating TDS Deducted by clients as per the information available

- Reconciliation of TDS Deducted with Form 26AS to ascertain accuracy & follow-up for the same

Books of Accounts Management :

- Maintaining Books of Accounts & ledgers by verifying & supervising the posting of accounting transactions

- Expense Control & Management

Education : CA,CA inter,MCOM
