Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management, Engagement and Training and Development
- Ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires
- Adhering and executing the Talent Management framework
- Driving various employee engagement surveys
- Planning and executing various employee engagement programs
- Anchoring team meetings, town halls and R&R programs
- Designing, driving and executing annual training calendar
- Seeking timely feedback from the participants and managers post the training sessions
Desired Profile:
- MBA HR, preferably from Tier 1 Institutes
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional maturity in dealing with employee grievances/queries
