Key Deliverables:
1) Critical:
- Managing HR service delivery and ensuring alignment with business and HR strategic objectives. Ensuring focus on stakeholder management and strong connect with the extended leadership team.
- Partnering with business on end-to-end employee life cycle management.
- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Ensuring speed and quality of hiring as per the Manpower plan.
- Conceptualization & implementation of business-relevant Talent Management practices.
- Driving training and development that will identify and meet the behavioural/ leadership/ managerial training needs of employees.
Role Requirements:
- 5-8 years Proven experience in an HR Generalist/ HRBP role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA in HR ( Full Time/Part Time)
- Experienced in handling Full cycle of Employee Life Cycle.
- Hands on with recruitment.
