Main Purpose:
The role involves the following:
- Monthly Payroll (inputs, changes, funding, providing information to payroll accounting team etc)
- Registration/de-registration of starts & leavers on benefits
- Payroll annual activities (year end, annual bonus)
- Payroll queries - Employee queries
- Payroll accounting queries/audit
- Ensure HR systems are updated with new hires, leavers, changes etc
- Prepare employment contracts/amend contracts, reference letters, termination letters etc
- Ensure mandatory documents are send through by new joiners
- Conduct exit surveys
- Onboarding & offboarding process
- Co-ordinate with vendors (payroll provider, benefits, pension etc)
- Ensure data integrity between payroll & HR system, regular checks and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy & completeness
Experience:
- Qualified Graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR/Payroll domain
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting, payroll, HR activities.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office knowledge with strong skills in Excel is required
- Fluent English required
- Experience demonstrating skill performing basic analytical tasks (e.g., reconciling data, ensuring accuracy of data); maintaining numerous electronic and paper files; using basic office equipment.

- Liaise with various departments in order to obtain all the data
- Reconcile and various sources of information and analyze the outcome
- Check correctness and completeness of the data
