- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented HR Manager/HR Business Partner to join our client's growing manufacturing operations in Chennai (Oragodam). This is a critical role responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR operations.
- Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues effectively, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, performance bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Conduct needs assessments and identify training gaps.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- HR Operations: Manage all aspects of HR operations, including employee data management, payroll processing, and HR reporting. Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize HR technology effectively to streamline HR processes. Project Management: Lead and manage HR-related projects, such as greenfield and brownfield projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
