We are currently retained by a leading logistics management company to hire an HR Lead for the company.

This role will offer you a great opportunity to lead the entire HR function ensuring high standards of HR service delivery, work in partnership with business leaders, key stakeholders and specialists within the HR team to shape, develop and deliver HR strategic plans and solutions.

The candidates should have prior experience in the Logistics Management/Travel Management/FMCG/Hospitality sector in a fast-paced environment along with substantial experience in leading Human Resource function.

Please note this is to lead HR for a company with less than 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup the entire HR framework and lead on all matters related to HR.

- Lead TA for the entire organization

- Lead, develop, motivate and coach the HR team to ensure they are aligned with business strategy.

- Ensure the HR team is result focused and delivers on the promises.

- Manage communication and open relationships with business stakeholders.

- Ensure consistent and fair handling of all company policies, procedures, and employment law.

- Re-engineer processes to ensure maximum efficiency in the work management, resources utilization, productivity, quality, and overall competency enhancement.

- Manage PMS/Success Planning.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Seasoned HR professional with 12+ years of experience post MBA

- Led HR for a company or entity with 200 people

- Worked with Logistics/Travel/Hospitality/FMCG industry.

- Experience leading a team of professional HR as well as senior stakeholders.

- Excellent communication skills, self-confident and able to influence at all levels.

- Experience in defining SLAs with customers (both internal and external).
