Human Resources Lead - FMCG

- Human Resources lead for a FMCG Company to be based in Mumbai. Should have good experience in Recruitment, FMCG Hiring, Comp and Ben, Training and development, HR Business Partnering, Payroll, HR Operations.

- Around 7 years of total work experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, known for good HR systems and practices. Preferably from FMCG Manufacturing Sectors.

- Should have worked in strategic HR areas, Performance and Talent Management, Change Management and Rewards

- Should have spent at least 5 years in a corporate HR role at a mid management level

- Define the HR strategy of company in line with its product and plant expansion objectives guide and coach the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services
