We are seeking an experienced HR Manager - HRBP Compliance to ensure adherence to HR policies, regulatory requirements, and labor laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing compliance with employment laws, managing FMLA obligations, and upholding high HR standards within the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.

- Design and conduct training programs on HR policies and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to corporate policies.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, regulatory compliance, and labor/employment laws.
- Experience in handling HR audits and legal compliance matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certifications in HR compliance or labor law are a plus.
