Position Name : Human Resources Business Partner R&D
Location : Sinnar Nashik
Reporting to: General Manager Human Resources
Qualification : MBA or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for Supporting the Business HR Partner in managing the employee lifecycle for R&D centre, Sinnar along with driving HR projects and other key initiatives for the Site.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Workforce Strategy: define overall workforce strategy for the R&D site.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: fulfil all talent requirements for the vertical and deliver as per agreed SLAs with support from TA COE. Design & deploy retention plans with focus on retaining high performers.
Employee Engagement: identify engagement drivers and deploy action plan to improve employee engagement.
Employee Experience & Well-being: drive various initiatives with an aim to improve employee experience and well-being. Also, provide Coaching and Counselling to the employees.
Talent Management: identify the critical talent & create development plans for them & work on ensuring talent pipeline through focused initiatives.
Performance Management: drive PMS and conduct compensation benchmarking studies vis- vis the market to ensure market competitiveness.
Learning & Development: plan learning intervention for the business based on business strategy and outcomes of individual development plans.
ER: coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to identify and resolve ER issues/ grievances.
Employee Life Cycle Management: oversee HR operations for the business and extend necessary support.
Site Management: oversee Admin and other related functions for the site.
Education Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Experience : 5-10 years of post-qualification experience, in an organization with progressive people practices and in an industry with competitive talent land scape with 3+ years of experience as HRBP.
Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical) - Conversant with HRM processes & practices and strong Business partnering skills. - Successful track record of achievement in a fast-paced business environment.
Leadership / Managerial Attributes - Good communication, collaboration & interpersonal skills. - Organized, Confident and Self-starter who is able to prioritize multiple tasks & deliver to deadlines.
