Seeking a seasoned Sr Manager HR / Senior HR Business Partner (Plant based) with 8 - 12 yrs years of experience in manufacturing sector. This role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving talent development and engagement to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with goals, drive succession planning, and represent the organization in global HR forums.
- Talent Development: Build leadership pipelines, implement IDPs, and design programs to transition internal talent effectively.
- Employee Engagement: Conduct surveys, drive engagement initiatives, and coach managers to enhance workplace culture.
- Total Rewards: Collaborate on compensation strategies, manage budgets, and review employee benefits.
- Performance Management: Implement tools and frameworks for effective appraisals and continuous performance improvement.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize predictive analytics, plan workforce strategies, and oversee recruitment and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 yrs years of HR leadership in manufacturing/FMCG.
- Expertise in talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Strong coaching skills and experience in digitized competency assessments.
- Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
