Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
- Facilitate change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Advise on employee relations and performance management issues.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of TISS, XLRI or SCHMRD only
- 1-6 years of HR experience, with a focus on strategic partnership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change.
