Your role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives, contributing to the growth and success of the technology innovation team.
Summary :
The HR Business Partner for Banking client's technology division serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR expertise and support to achieve business goals. This role involves understanding the unique challenges of the technology industry, fostering a high - Performance culture and implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with technology leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance. Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
- Talent Acquisition: Work with the recruiting team to attract, hire, and onboard top technology talent. Participate in the hiring process for key technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and values
- Performance Management: Implement performance management programs, providing guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and identifying development opportunities. Ensure a fair and transparent performance appraisal process.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the tech organization. Address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs in partnership with L & D, and facilitate learning opportunities for employees.
- Change Management: Support change initiatives, helping employees and teams navigate transitions effectively. Provide guidance on change management best practices
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Mediate conflicts and work towards resolutions that align with organizational values.
- Data Analysis: Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Compliance: Stay current with labor laws and regulations in the technology industry. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Masters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on supporting technology or IT departments.
- Strong understanding of technology industry trends, challenges, and talent requirements.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex HR issues and implementing HR programs in a technology context.
