COE HR (Employer Branding/Campus Relationship Mgt/HR Policy/Behavioral Training), Bangalore
(Includes Saturday (5.5 Days) Working/ 10-15 days travel in a Quarter/ Individual Contributor role with Contract staff reporting)
Creating HR Policies
- Campus Relationship Management across all business functions (Engineering/supply chain/Hr/ Finance/multiple business)
- Liaison with external vendors to ensure overall program management including contracting, project governance, delivery timelines, invoicing, etc
- Act as point of contact for participants and their managers to ensure query resolution
- Ensure creation of a feedback loop for all initiatives and garner regular feedback
- Liaison with HRBPs and Business stakeholders for successful implementation of initiatives
- Create change management strategy whenever necessary and implement the same in coordination with the communication POC
What will you need?
- 5+ years' experience in Employer branding/ Campus Relationship Management / learning and development in FMCG space preferred
- Experience of vendor management and managing multiple internal stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and creative thinking
- Organized and efficient - Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent data-driven problem solving and analytical skills
- Interest in the learning and development space
- Exposure to Learning Initiatives Design/ Journey Design (preferred)
Additional Accountabilities
- Focus efforts towards Top talent development, Improve retention and manage employee relations in order to enable Enterprise Transformation.
- Engage with managers, enable and focus on their developments to build deeper client relationships.
- Consult and provide guidance to managers and leaders on multiple people initiatives such as employee on boarding, movement, career discussions, employee development, employee relations, performance management, diversity, employee salary reviews, managing difficult situations, managing marginal performers, talent deployment, leadership development, managing span of control, managing employee escalations, new manager orientations, up skilling of new managers.
