- Deliver full recruitment services including but not limited to front end needs analysis, using the website and recruitment portal for sourcing and conducting interviews for vacancies. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants for filling vacant positions.
- Strategize, develop, implement and ensure compliance of HR policies, procedures, processes and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with the finance team to ensure that all HR related vendor on boarding/invoicing is completed on-time.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties,wages, and employee benefits time-to-time, including handling the entire on boarding to off boarding process of the current employees
- Run employee background verification process and cross-check accuracy of employee data
- Supervise execution of performance management programs including assistance in performance reviews, evaluation and yearly appraisals
- Employee Database Management for internal and regulatory audit/s.Ensuring timely and accurate employee database management, Personal files, HR dashboards
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
