Role: Human Resources
- Female candidates residing in western line are preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with consultants to source, headhunt candidates for vacant positions and close positions within TAT.
- Manage HR Operations leave and attendance, employment letters, on-boarding and exits of employees.
- Manage and conduct Employee Engagement in line with the Engagement calendar and budget.
- Manage labor compliance and statutory requirements with respect to employees and keep oneself abreast of the recent developments in labor compliances periodically.
- Manage promotions, transfers, increments and appraisals of the employees in line with the company policies.
- Play an active role in policy formulations and implementation.
- Be a one of point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinarian actions and serve as a connect between the management and staff for matters concerning the overall welfare of the organization.
- Maintain employee records in an organized fashion and update the same from time to time.
- Coordinate and manage employee salaries, taxability.
- Serve as a one point of contact for queries pertaining to salary / bonus payouts / loans /advances/ Income Tax / Form 16, Declarations and Final Proofs, etc.
- Responsible for employee welfare initiatives and building a strong culture based on integrity, ethics and values.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Tech Savvy to be able to learn and operate Software.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Presentable with good personality.
4. Good interpersonal skills and impeccable attention to detail.
5. Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
6. Ambitious, driven with a desire to excel at work assigned.
7. Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
8. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
