Human Resource Recruiter

Role Description :

- This is a full-time remote role for an HR Recruiter.

- The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company.

- The role includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications.

- The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for managing job postings, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications :

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications.

- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
