Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
- Manage rhythm of business for the HR function & being the conscious keeper
- Drive COE-wide strategic talent and engagement programs
- Institute processes and practices to enable the BPTW journey
- Handle large scale events i.e. managing the complete event life cycle with limited supervision
- Aligning of talent strategy with the business strategy to achieve the laid out organizational goals and priorities.
