Role: India HR, Bangalore for a US headquartered Ad Tech firm
Reporting to: Directly to HR Director, USA HQ and to MD India
Location: Bangalore
Candidate experience and profile:
1. Experience leading HR function for a 200 person or more (- 500) software product company
2. Have a 2 year full time Masters / MBA in HR / Organizational Behavior / Psychology from XLRI / IIM / TISS / reputed management schools in India/abroad with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience in mid sized software product firms.
3. Experience and participation in industry forums like NHRD etc
4. Proven ability to perform / set up process functions HR functions - hiring, performance management, harassment training, conflict resolution, L&D.
5. Manage agencies / vendors for employee satisfaction, hiring, community outreach etc.
6. Should have demonstrated experience in defining job levels, job roles, and corresponding compensation packages with the growth needs of company.
7. Handle compensation and benefits administration and optimization for India operations of company.
8. Must have experience handling a very agile, young, and energetic workforce.
9. Proven success with university recruitment in India and established contacts with leading sources of fresh talent.
10. Experience with recruiting a diverse workforce.
