Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
The current focus in this space is on 2 segments:
(a) Persons with Disability
(b) Gender Diversity - building up on women in the Bank's employee base.
- Work with various stakeholders within the Bank to mainstream recruitment process, create work enablers etc.
- Work towards broadening the sourcing pool, take up job audits, awareness building for managers, etc.
-Developing monitoring mechanisms for feedback and support for PwD employees
Gender:
- Initiatives aimed at increasing the diversity pool in
- Women Engagement and practices that enable higher retention
- Initiatives like mentoring, leadership development, elevations etc.focused on career growth of women
Equity and Inclusion
- Building awareness, instituting parity checks etc. and solutioning wherever required to ensure parity.
- Institutionalizing New Ways of Working -Buy-in, policy creation and enablement
- Enabling and supporting deployment and communication
- Monitoring for support and process improvements

Piloting Executive Coaching and 'Managers as Coaches' from design to implementation in conjunction with external partners
