Sales HRBP - Global Medical Device Company
- Join a leading organization as an Sales HR Business Partner (HRBP), where you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding resource planning, competency assessment, performance management, talent retention, and career development initiatives.
- Only apply if you have manager Sales Employees as HRBP.In this role, you will :- Drive employee engagement initiatives across the Technology domain in India.
- Support Operations through various ad-hoc and scheduled engagement activities such as Recognition & Rewards (R&R) and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and execute organization development projects.
- Enhance employee experience through Assessment/Development Centers, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Conduct thorough Exit Interviews to gather insights and address any issues that may arise.
- Monitor process adherence and escalate deviations as necessary.
- Provide expert guidance to leaders on employee relations and HR processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate HR risks, contributing to a positive work environment.
- Lead the implementation of talent, leadership, and team planning processes and participate actively in Talent Review discussions.
- Develop engagement plans for high-potential employees (HIPOs) and collaborate with Country HR Leads on Talent Retention strategies.
- Support organizational design, change management, and compensation and benefits administration.
- Act as a champion for practices that enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Educate managers on best practices in individual development and facilitate career mapping for high-potential and emerging leaders.
- Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business unit goals and objectives.
- Diagnose and address individual, team, and organizational issues through appropriate interventions.
- Create and present data-driven dashboards using PowerBi, contributing to informed decision-making.
To excel in this role, you'll need :
- A full-time MBA/PGDBM in HR from a reputable institution.
- 7 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on Talent Management or Organizational Development (OD) interventions.
- Flexibility to collaborate across global time zones, including US, EMEA, and Israel.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven track record in implementing process improvements and leveraging technology for efficiency gains.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in creating impactful presentations and data analysis.
