HR Business Partner

Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior management and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with the company's goals. The HRBP will handle various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills who can influence and drive change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on HR practices and policies to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
- Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee issues and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Manage conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers on handling employee relations matters.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on conducting performance reviews and setting objectives.
- Identify and address performance issues and develop action plans for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance to senior management.
- Utilize data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in Human Resource preferred.
- Experience: min 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HRBP role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
