- To define L&D strategy & appropriate learning programs with focus on building organizational capability & creating second line of managers
- Manage and enhance the performance management system; coach managers on how to handle performance issues
- Formulation, implementation & benchmarking of HR processes and Policies
- HR Analytics - Preparation of key HR dashboards facilitating management decisions
- Administration of the monthly rewards & improving the R&R architecture
- Effectively handle employee queries and resolve grievances & conflicts.
- Employee Engagement and welfare activities with an objective to build a fun environment. Introduced new initiatives like skip level meeting, 30/90 days feedback, town hall meetings, etc.
