The role of HR Business Partner will be far from one-dimensional. Incumbent shall undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement & HR Service Delivery. Act as a single point of contact for employee queries on HR-related topics.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and execution of end to end Talent acquisition activities.
2. Ensure that optimal hiring source mix is achieved.
3. Conducting employee on-boarding and help plan training & development.
4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
6. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
7. Undertake tasks around performance management.
8. Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rate.
9. Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
10. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Desired Profile:
1. MBA/MSW in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
2. 4-6 years of proven experience as an HRBP from BFSI industry.
3. Understanding of Recruitment, Grievance Handling and employee engagement.
4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems.
5. Aptitude in problem-solving.
6. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
7. Strong organization, communication, people skills and conflict resolution skills.
8. Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
