We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our innovative technology organization. As an HRBP, you will collaborate closely with our technology leaders, driving initiatives that foster a high-performance, culture, attract top talent and enhance employee engagement. Your role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with our business objectives, contributing to the growth and success of our technology innovation team.

Summary :

The HR Business Partner for our technology organization serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing HR expertise and support to achieve business goals. This role involves understanding the unique challenges of the technology industry, fostering a high - Performance culture and implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with technology leaders to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance. Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.

- Talent Acquisition: Work with the recruiting team to attract, hire, and onboard top technology talent. Participate in the hiring process for key technical roles, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and values

- Performance Management: Implement performance management programs, providing guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and identifying development opportunities. Ensure a fair and transparent performance appraisal process.

- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the tech organization. Address concerns and foster a positive work environment.

- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs in partnership with L & D, and facilitate learning opportunities for employees.

- Change Management: Support change initiatives, helping employees and teams navigate transitions effectively. Provide guidance on change management best practices

- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Mediate conflicts and work towards resolutions that align with organizational values.

- Data Analysis: Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Compliance: Stay current with labor laws and regulations in the technology industry. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- Maters's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on supporting technology or IT departments.

- Strong understanding of technology industry trends, challenges, and talent requirements.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Demonstrated experience in handling complex HR issues and implementing HR programs in a technology context.
