KEY ACTIVITIES :
- Should have successfully performed HR Business partnering for an employee span of more than 500
- Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization.
- Plan and conduct induction programs for new joinees.
- Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment across the organization.
- Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances, discipline and other performance related matters and maintaining cordial employee relations
- Employee Relations and Employee Transitions Support the resolution of personnel issues. Help with the integration of new joiners.
- Own and anchor the talent management and retention charter to ensure attrition levels are within targets and under control.
- Assist the termination process by organizing discussions gathering appropriate documentation coordinating exit interviews and summarizing any resulting issues.
- Monitor supply and demand of assigned personnel.
- Help with the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
