Experience - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in analytics, reporting data management, BI Tools
Requirements -
- Knowledge of Data and information management
- Experience in Data Analysis
- Experience in Data management and exposure to HRMS systems
- Experience in Advanced excel skills, VBA/macros/Power BI.
Job Role:
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard reporting dashboard across primary stakeholder groups
- Deliver MIS reporting as per schedule and provide leaders with a set of meaningful workforce insights on a timely, consistent basis.
- Deliver regulatory and compliance reports to government authorities / regulators, internal departments, and business leaders.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis. Ad-hoc analysis on HR data and prepare presentations as per requirements.
- Assist in HR budget preparations, providing advice and analysis to increase the efficiency of the HR spending
- Oversee and compare the HR expenditure to original budget
- Reconcile monthly reports from Finance for budget codes to verify that transactions and balances are accurate and takes appropriate steps to make corrections as needed to ensure that expenditures do not exceed annual budgets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and Finance teams on budgets.
- Create processes and procedures on data management, data quality, and ensure stakeholder adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
