Experience - 2 to 6 Yrs

Job details :-

Designation - Scalability (Program Manager)

- You will identify problems across the organization, come up with long-term solutions, and execute them to enable company to scale rapidly.

- Your interventions will be in the form of process designing, deciding between build vs buy, and implementation through technology.

- The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about building organizations, is a strong problem solver, enjoys working with people through great interpersonal skills, and possesses project management skills.

NOTES :

- Only From Management Consulting Firm Background Like - ENY, Deloitte, KPMG-, Mckinsey & Company, THE BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aon Consulting, etc.

- Must have exposure of Human Capital Consulting.

- Your current CTC should be more than 12 LPA.

- MBA should be full time.
