My client is leading consulting organization and is looking to hire analytics professionals for its Human Capital team
Human Capital Analytics uses data to unlock insights that allow interventions to be planned and executed to counteract predicted issues before they arise. These insights help clients take fact-based actions across the talent agenda, such as identifying attrition risks, highest performing sales people, and gaps expected in a workforce plan so proactive steps can be taken in retention strategies, rewards strategies and talent acquisitions.
Position Summary
Primary responsibility is to deliver analytics projects in the human capital and organization effectiveness area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop statistical models to support marketing efforts and delivery of HR analytics offerings and solutions.
- Develop statistical testing programs to measure and improve on-going performance of the health of the organization and the human resource function as a whole.
- Apply appropriate techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, regression, bootstrapping, trees, cluster analysis, survival analysis and so on
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics and reporting
- BE from good Engineering colleges or Masters degree in Statistics/Econometrics or Quantitative sciences or B.Statistics/Econometrics + MBA
- Strong ability to extract strategic insights from large data sets
- Should have done forecasting/modeling, data analysis, used regression/optimization models and techniques.
- Must have exposure to SAS, SPSS or R
