Hula Global - Chief Technology Officer - IIM/IIT/NIT/BITS

This role will start from an Entrepreneur in residence function leading to a co-founder / CTO for one of the high potential projects currently incubated with Hula Global. This is going to be an equity-based role. However, you may have the opportunity to obtain paid assignments from other portfolio companies.

Only Graduates / Alumni from IITs and NITs need to apply.

Role :

- Design & Create a technology framework for the organization

- Create and Lead a team

- Technology + Software Architect for new business

- Create a culture of hands-on design and development in the technology team

- Create a culture of learning and innovation

- Create Scalable technology solutions

- Understand business imperatives

Person Qualification :

- At least 5 years including 2 years in leading a technology team

- Demonstrated Experience and Expertise in B2B/ Enterprise / Saas

- A self-starter
