Reporting Manager - Head Finance Shared Services (BP-COE).

Team Size IC.

Location - Thane.

As the Logistics Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing logistics commercials for our operations in India.

This position offers the opportunity for growth and development, as you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our logistics operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Category Management:

- Manage an annual spend of 8 million Euro.

- Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize logistics operations.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and clients.

- Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

- Day to day commercial negotiations for international and Domestic shipments freight and other charges.

Supplier Relationship Management:

- Manage 20+ Suppliers.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers in India.

- Negotiate contracts, manage service level agreements, and assess supplier performance regularly.

- Cost Optimization, Drive the identified cost savings initiatives.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization within the logistics category.

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement initiatives that enhance cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

- Mitigate and manage risks associated with logistics operations in India developing contingency plans as necessary.

- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and finance, to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.

- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external logistics partners.

Experience and Education:.

- Experience in Logistics Operations and Commercials.

- MBA in Supply Chain is an added advantage.

- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.

- Budget for the role is 27-30.

- Experience Level - 7 to 10 years post qualification.
