About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Project Manager to join our team, taking a key role in managing client projects and driving the successful delivery of our SaaS-based solutions across diverse geographies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- PMP certification (preferred)
- 4-5 years of experience in project management or account management/implementation
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in project management principles and planning
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Task Coordination: Prioritize and oversee tasks to ensure projects adhere to timelines and deliverables
- Progress Monitoring: Track project status, identifying potential delays or issues early on
- Resource Management: Work with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and monitor utilization
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates, communicate status, and address potential roadblocks
- Reporting: Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders
- Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize impact on project - timelines
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables
- Change Management: Manage changes in project scope, goals, or requirements and adjust plans as needed
- Team Leadership: Provide direction and support to project team members for successful execution
