Job Description:
- Creating RFP/RFI/project/contract docs for prospective and current customers
- Engaging with customers over email/phone
- Ensuring solutions stated in the SoWs are in line with client requirements
- Preparing presentation decks to support sales
- Conducting research into the industry - including competitor research
- Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clientsLiaising with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers - and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like
- Conducting research into the industry - including competitor research
- Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc
- Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users
Requirement :
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in presales, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce).
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
