- We are looking for a Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (4 8 years) of experience with the following key qualifications.

You would be great fit if you are/have :

- Chartered Account 1st / 2nd Attempt / MBA Tier 1 B-School

- Prior Start-up experience is a must (Preferably B2B SaaS)

- Experience of working and collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Operationally hands on

- Excellent MS-Excel skills with expert level proficiency in Macros / Visual basic (SQL skills will be preferred)

Your core responsibilities would be to :

- Manage reporting of KPIs for the overall business on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as required

- Build and manage KPI reporting for each business unit. Analyse current and past trends in KPIs

- Set up a framework for the budgeting model. Manage the budgeting on a monthly and quarterly basis

- Well versed with preparation of annual budgets, monthly and quarterly rolling forecasts (Income Statement, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows), scenario and simulations, etc.

- Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analysis for leadership/ management team

- Comfortable in managing and analysis of large volume of data, in depth variance analysis with synopsis

- Build out the Sales, marketing & revenue forecasting models

- Key financial ratio analysis (Including Margin & Contribution analysis)

- Work with business teams on initiatives related to Process efficiencies, Cost-Benefit analysis etc.
