Hubilo Technologies - Principal Product Manager

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the product area that enables businesses to reliably access and experience the value of Hubilo. The brains of the Hubilo system enables users to get started with, configure, and orchestrate virtual events. Thousands of businesses use the Hubulo Dashboard to manage and monetize their events, look at ROI, and take data-driven decisions. These businesses are diverse and vary by size, industry, geography, and business model. As Hubilo grows we expect even more diversity in the people who we serve and the ways in which we serve them.

As a Principal Product Manager on the team, you will lead the Dashboard area and strategize Hubilo's platform initiatives to help businesses get the most value. This means building the - operating system- (such as dashboard information architecture, notifications and product activation/promotion systems) through which our users access Hubilo as well as APIs that help these businesses orchestrate their virtual event work flows smoothly.

You Will

- Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for platform experiences

- Lead collaboration between engineering, design, data science, user research and business-facing product teams at Hubilo

- Deeply understand our customers and how Hubilo can best help them grow and manage their business

The ideal candidate is a seasoned product manager who has worked heavily on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise management systems and is now looking to own a broader portfolio and lead product managers. You would be a great fit if you have:

- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager

- Deep B2B SaaS platform experience

- Experience with building an API ecosystem

- Deep customer empathy: you care about helping your customers and are skilled at performing research to uncover their true needs

- Ability to get things done: you have a track record of shipping software that made a difference for your customers

- Proficiency handling ambiguity: you make sure your goals are clearly defined and display significant independence in achieving them

- Clear written and verbal communication: you are a force for clarity and ensure everyone's on the same page

- Competence with technical complexity: you can understand the high-level architecture of a product and its implications for the customer experience, and you are comfortable talking with engineers about project scope and tradeoffs
