What We Look For

- Be a part of our Leadership team and drive growth.

- Bachelor's engineering degree from any premier college (we always invite exceptions with relevant experience, knowledge and confidence)

- 7 to 10+ years of total experience in software development (Nocode/SaaS experience is an added value but not mandatory)

- People Management Experience is very much required

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive product roadmap to execute in team's deliverables in a fast paced team environment.

- Not afraid of helping your team members in solving complex technical problems (so your level should not take you away from Coding)

- You got to manage/mentor team working on these tech stacks ; Python, Django, Flask, NodeJs, MongoDB, AWS DynamoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, Firestore, AWS S3/Glacier, Github, AWS ECR, Javascript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, jQuery, along with Android, iOS development.

- Have a strong quality mindset and deliver features on time with high quality

- Understanding of the Agile process and continuous integration.

- Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams

- Positive attitude, great team player, and continuously improve the team, the product, and the company.

- Experience with AWS stack is must

What You'll Do:

- Plan the tech roadmap that's aligned with our business & product goals

- Mentor and Coach your team members in building their careers

- Provide technical guidance to your team in the feature design

- Drive scrum

- Actively participate in hiring of Engineers and ensure a lot of right hiring

- Solve complex business problems while ensuring the product is highly scalable

- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to define new features, and help map the future
